Presentations & Sharing

Presentations can be uploaded and shared in your classmates through the dashboard. Select Presentations under My Studies to upload presentation files to share. The system will create a portal code (a sequence of 8 characters), which you can then share to anyone who wishes to see the content of that presentation. Any user who receives a code will have to visit the portal page of the platform and enter the code to have access to the file, it is not required to be logged in. If you so desire you can make a request for approval of a file so the owner must approve someone before they are able to see. It is possible to view the number of views of your portal code as well. When an instructor activates a presentation in the admin panel, it becomes visible to all students in that course and is permanently available in that course.
