Presentations & Sharing

The Presentations section, found under My Studies in your dashboard, lets you upload and share presentation files with your classmates.

When you upload a presentation, the system generates an 8-character portal code. Share this code with anyone who needs access — they visit the Portal page, enter the code, and get instant access to the file. No account is required for viewers. You can configure whether viewers need your approval before they can access the file, giving you control over who sees your content.

Portal codes have built-in tracking — you can see how many times your code has been used and manage access as needed. When an instructor activates a presentation through the admin panel, it becomes visible to all students in the relevant course and stays available permanently for review.
