Submit a support ticket and get help from the Libraryyy team.
Your Dashboard
If you need help or run into an issue, Libraryyy has a built-in support system. Navigate to Support from the My Studies section in your dashboard.
On the Support page, you can create a new support ticket describing your issue. The Libraryyy team reviews tickets and responds directly. Each ticket has its own detail page where you can track the conversation and see updates.
You can view all your past and current tickets in one place, making it easy to follow up on any ongoing issues.
