Need help? Encountering a problem? Libraryyy’s built-in support means that you can create a Support ticket and explain your issue.
Under My Studies in your dashboard, select Support and on the Support page you can select to create a new ticket. The Libraryyy team will review the ticket and respond to you. A detail page is available for you to see all ticket information.
You can also review all the Support tickets from you at any time.
